Top O' The Lake Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Bowie, Texas

Top O' The Lake Country Club first opened for play in 1963 as a 9-hole golf course. The course was designed by Frank Underwood. The course was later expanded to 18 holes.

This scenic course is located near Lake Carter. The fairways are narrow, and the greens are fast.

Blue tees: par-70, 5,542 yards, 113 / 66.7

White tees: par-70, 5,097 yards, 108 / 65.3

Red tees: par-71, 4,456 yards

Top of the Lake is actually an 18 hole course. New owners and very well maintained. Worth the drive from Dallas or Fort Worth.

Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
